About

Thoughtful expertise, clearly expressed.

I’m Isha — a Chartered Accountant and the founder of a boutique advisory practice specialising in Transfer Pricing, FEMA, and International Taxation. I started my career at Ernst & Young, where I built an early foundation in cross-border tax across India, Hong Kong, and the US.

My practice sits in a space most firms leave empty: boutique in personalisation, world-class in thinking. I work with multinationals, family businesses, listed entities, startups, and HNIs navigating complex cross-border challenges — both inbound foreign capital into India, and outbound Indian businesses expanding abroad.

Every matter I take on ends with a clear, actionable path forward. Not just an opinion — a solution. I believe technical accuracy and practical advice are not in tension. Done well, they are the same thing.

Outside of work, I run, read widely, and invest deliberately in self-improvement. I’m also a mother of two boys — which, honestly, has taught me more about leadership than any book. This blog is where I share the thinking behind the work and the life.
